Angela Cho

Angie discovered yoga in 1999, when her mother invited her to a class at their local gym...just another addition to her weekly workout routine. She began to notice not only strength physically, but an improvement in her overall well-being. Learning the simple technique of the breath made such an impact on controlling her anxiety, helping to ease her mind and emotional state. After years of practice at various studios, she decided to take the teacher training course without the intent to teach. After gaining more knowledge, she felt the need to share this wonderful tool that has helped strengthen her in ways no gym membership could. Angie made the natural transition and started teaching after being certified in 2010. She is so grateful to be able to share her love for this beautiful moving meditation with you!
